Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Because of the nature of what we offer — energy work, ritual services, and digital materials — all purchases from The House of Scorpio are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except in the limited circumstances described below.
Ritual and energy work
All of our ritual and energy work is performed remotely and on our own schedule. There is no live appointment to attend. Once an order is placed, the fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person.
- Turnaround. Most work is completed and confirmed within [18] days of our receiving everything we need from you. If we fall behind, we'll let you know.
- Information we need from you. Some offerings require details before we can begin — names, dates, or a description of your situation. If we've asked and haven't heard back within [30] days, we'll close the order without a refund. Email us if you need more time; we're glad to hold it.
Digital products, courses, and downloads
Access is granted immediately at purchase. Because these materials are delivered in full at the point of sale and cannot be returned, all digital purchases are non-refundable — including partially completed courses and materials you decide not to use.
Physical goods
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or fit. Damaged, defective, and incorrect items are covered below.
If something goes wrong on our end
We stand behind our own mistakes. Please contact us within [7] days at hello@thehouseofscorpio.com if:
- we didn't complete or confirm your work
- an item arrives damaged or defective, or isn't what you ordered
- your order never arrived
- you were charged more than once for the same order
- a download link or course login doesn't work
We'll resend, replace, restore access, or refund as appropriate. Photos are helpful for physical items.
Results and experience
Energy work is collaborative, and individual experiences differ. We cannot guarantee any particular outcome, result, or shift, and refunds are not issued on the basis of what you did or didn't experience afterward. Our services are offered for spiritual and personal-growth purposes and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.
Customers in the EU and UK
Consumers in the EU and UK ordinarily have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. Two exceptions apply to most of what we sell:
- Services: by completing your purchase, you request that we begin your work immediately, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once that work has been fully performed.
- Digital content: by completing your purchase and accessing your materials, you give express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal.
If neither exception applies to your order, you may withdraw within 14 days by emailing us.
Disputes
If there's a problem with your order, please contact us first — we want to make it right. Filing a chargeback for work that has been performed or for digital materials that have been accessed is a breach of this policy, and we reserve the right to decline future service.
